I got excited originally when I heard we were getting a McDonald's in this area hoping it would be a good thing for the community since we are a food desert with minimal choices. 3 months in, and that has posed to be a wrong thought. I ordered at least 7 times using the app and drove through over 5 and 90% of the time, disappointment. Even though the app spells out everything well, somehow the people running this location still cannot (or do not want or care to) get orders right or provide quality. The truly bad part about the app is you are limited to how you share info (preferably complaints) I believe on purpose too. My point, What good is a mobile app when you get there and they can’t find the order? Then they try to give your order to someone else or try to give you some else’s order. Today's Coffees were not fixed as ordered through the app, the Hash browns and eggs were Cold and old and All of this at a cost of $23. I had to bang on the door to get inside to make sure order was correct when I originally drove in the drive through with my order code proclaimed. I don't think I will ever go to this location again. The people working in most food chains in Greenbrier TN sabatoge any big chain food restaurants or supermarkets and run them into the ground on purpose because they don't want big business in their little town not realizing they have the ability to make it a great thing. Read moreMy son stopped in yesterday afternoon and ordered 5 cheeseburgers. Once home he opened them and several hairs were found inside, as if they were placed there!! What's going on? We as a community were so happy to get McDonald's but ever since they opened a week and half ago, I'm reading and seeing some horrible posts. People showing pics of undercooked meat. Pictures of hamburger on a bun, but nothing else. Chocolate milk shakes NOT having any chocolate in them. I know the fast food industry is suffering to get good help, but this doesn't speak well for whoever owns this place. I'm certain you've lost what would have been a regular customer. And I'm fairly certain those I know who have had a bad experience will never go back. If the owner reads these reviews I sure hope you will understand how these comments will hurt you. And the people are at the windows need to be trained in proper etiquette when speaking to your customers and serving the food to them at the windows. So very disappointed...

I had to use the horn 3 × to get someone to come back to the window. When the girl came back. I explained to her what I had ordered. She asked me for the receipt. I handed it to her, she then threw it back to me. And said that's all you ordered. After looking at the receipt, she was correct. That was all that was on the receipt. But , instead of asking if I wanted to purchase the fries and another drink or if there was something she could do. She just closed the window and walked away.
