I arrived at approximately 8pm on 7/3/20 and ordered two sonic blasts. After about 25 minutes, the screen displayed that Kat was on the way with my order. It never arrived. I hit the button to inform the staff that I never received my order. They told me it would be right out. 15 minutes later and nothing had arrived. I hit the button again to let them know I still hadnt received my order. After a few minutes someone came out and asked me what my order was. I told her that I just wanted a refund. She went back inside and never returned. I hit the button for a third time. No one answered after about 10 minutes. I finally had to get out of my car and wait for a staff member to come out with someone else's order. Someone else came out and explained to me that they were on the phone with their general manager. They couldn't figure out what my order was or how to refund my money. Between several staff members and the general manager they couldn't figure out that they just needed to make my order or give me cash out of the register. My card was debited $10.73 so that I could sit in the parking lot for an hour and watch other people eat ice cream... I never received a refund...
Read moreWould post zero stars if I could. We went to our daughter's ball game tonight, so we didn't get dinner. On our way home, we stopped at the Greenbrier Sonic. It was 9:45. When I tried ordering a chicken slinger for my daughter, the older lady said, " Just so you know, it will be a 6 minute wait. Do you want to continue?" I said, "Yes." Then, I started to order hamburgers, and she said, "I can't make that for you because we have already started closing down, and there is cleaner on the grill." At this point, I took the hint that this person didn't want to make us anything, and I said we would go somewhere else. If you are open until 10:00, then you should be able to provide what is on the menu until 10. At 10, you should begin cleaning up. My son works in a restaurant. He stays late because they don't start shutting down until it is time to shut down. After reading the other reviews, I see that this is a normal practice at this...
Read moreI’m not exaggerating when I say there will be something wrong with your order 50-60% of the time. (Wrong toppings, poorly cooked, cold, drowned in toppings, etc;) I live in Greenbrier but more often than not, I drive out of my way to the White House or Springfield Sonic because of the experiences I’ve had here over the years. I view this sonic as a last resort kind of deal and that’s how most people I know view it as well.
Silver lining, the carhops are always nice and the few times the order was so bad I felt like I had to call them, (I wouldn’t call for small things, I can pick onions off a burger or add mustard to a hotdog, etc.) they’ve always been polite and remade it.
However, there have been times where they remade it and it was still wrong or messed up. (I know, it baffles me too.)
