Casa Express — Restaurant in Greeneville

We were going to wait until the staff got settled in but since we had guests over we thought we'd try them out. Parking was tight and the wait time is understandably long since they just opened this week. We promptly were serve drinks but when asking for extra ice, we had to ask 2 additional employees for it, with the owner having to bring it to us. A few things that needs attention: servers should know what items aren't available for purchase. We ordered and it was submitted, she came back later to tell us one dish isn't available, We submitted a replacement. Approximately 15 minutes later she comes back to tell us a second dish isn't available... Servers should wear aprons and have their hair pulled back if they have long hair.

Servers shouldn't use cleaner or touch their hair/face and continue to serve drinks and food without washing hands.

I think drinks and items should be takin to the tables on serving trays. Instead of carrying 5 cups against their dirty shirt

Bringing out the check without asking if we'd like to order anything else is different for us. Like no dessert for us?

Overall The food we were served was excellent and came out hot. Any leftovers needed to go boxes that we had to go ask for ourselves. We will definitely go back just based solely on the food and to update this review...

Ordered three pizzas through the Slice app, which I was forced to download in order to schedule delivery online. We ordered three pizzas and two were correct. The third was wildly wrong. We ordered their equivalent of a meat lovers pizza, and then I added custom vegetables to it, which made it a rather pricey pizza. What we got was a vegetarian pizza, literally no meat on it whatsoever. Expensive mistake for them to make. Contacted customer service through the app since that’s how I was forced to order and they said I would be getting an email after they talked to the restaurant. Never heard back from anybody through the app, nor the restaurant. I’m giving them three stars because that’s about as middle of the road and fair as I can be with my review. In actuality, Customer service gets a big fat zero because of non-response, massively incorrect order, and making me download an app to get delivery. If the food had been the correct order it would’ve been a 10 because the food is quite good. If I were you, I would just go to the actual restaurant to eat, and not try to get delivery. We are so lucky to have this lovely restaurant so close to us My husband and myself have dined in wonderful staff relaxed atmosphere of course delicious food 🤤 we are busy and cannot always enjoy the setting but weekly and sometimes more often we order through DoorDash We are crazy for the grilled chicken sandwich we get every week but also the only place we get our pizza and calzones I enjoy the grilled chicken salad also the marinated chicken they prepare for the salad is delicious I do have a small complaint is there isn’t an option to order dessert on DoorDash I hope this is updated soon the desserts they offer are homemade and amazing and after a difficult work day it will be amazing to have one delivered to my home I’ve also had a couple of the pasta options And as is everything I’ve had they are are fresh and delicious This place is an absolute must try Please get your new...
