This place is amazing if you have the patience. Most important thing to know, this is an outlet store. They have new items every week, you never know what they'll have and you just have to have the patience to walk through and see what's available that day. I have cut my grocery bill down by $300-500 a month shopping here first. It's always my first stop when I'm food shopping. They do have non food items as well. It's generally set up like a small grocery store and they do have many items that are regularly stocked. A small yet relevant example of how awesome this store can be is a 4 pack of perfectly delicious brioche buns that I always stock up on while there. They're .39 cents a package. These would run anywhere from $2-5 anywhere else. Some items may be in the back and you can always ask if they have any. They do tend to to run a little low on staff and check out can be slightly slower. Unfortunately for the cashiers they make them manually enter each purchase and bag everything themselves but considering this, they're pretty efficient.
Definitely check the dates on items. Some of their deeply discounted items are close to expired or even passed expiration. Aside from the negatives, if you need to save money on food or just want to, this place is 100% worthby your time and effort. Carts are free, as in no quarter deposit to use and they do provide plastic bags. I don't know if they...
Read moreI wouldn't go here expecting the freshest produce or meat products that aren't frozen. Once I got a pound of strawberries for $1 that were beautiful. A couple months later they had them again, but the whole pallet was moldy.
What you really go here for are shelf stable and frozen foods or dairy products that may be near their best buy date. I've also gotten things like nice notebooks, a titans branded grill utensil set, nice aluminum foil and partchment paper, and brand name dishwasher pods. It's random each time what'll be in stock. All at amazing prices. I also love getting the bulk cheese that freezes wonderfully and the discount brand name frozen foods.
I think I went there once where the cashier was pleasant. But mostly they are unpleasant. The last time the girl threw the card machine and the receipt to sign at me and was rude. But honestly, I understand and it's part of the experience. Still try to come here once a month and love...
Read moreIf you pay attention you can get some good deals. I am not a big fan of their produce usually has rotten potatoes and onions rest is usually poor quality you have to look the produce over well. But the rest of the store is like a scavenger hunt look and find the good stuff :) . If you worry about cans in date do check the dates. But most items have 2 days to a year left on them that I buy. This is like a fun store for me to go to each week and see what they have new that I can try for a fraction on the dollar and they may never have again. I have tried brands I never would have tried before and found out I was will to pay the others store price for the same item when it was no longer...
