Hardee's — Restaurant in Greeneville

We went for lunch we ordered and waited a long time I got up to go see what was taking so long finally the lady started making my sandwich and it realized she had no gloves on is said something about it and said please put gloves on and remake mine well the lady on the front line first asked the lady why she wasnt wearing gloves and i didnt hear what was being so the lady on the front line went to the sink washed her hands and went back to the line put gloves on and started to remake my sandwich as requested after making rhe sandwich she came back to the front line and bagged my food. She stated that the district manager said they did not have to wear gloves so we went to sit down to eat poured the fries out of the fry box and then realized that a piece of cotton was attached to one of the fries. Well here we go again back to the cashier to report that will they gave us a replacement fries this was a very fustrating situation my first question is why when people are making someone else's food why are they allowed to touch food and not wear gloves? My second question is how does a pice of cotton get attached to a fry? I have never been to this Hardee's and after this experience will not go back not a good way to...

We stopped into this Hardees late before close one night, and were getting some food to take home. There was a staff member who became extremely aggressive over the fact we were ordering food to go and began to yell and throw things. I was very upset about this experience. I ended up getting into contact with a Regional Manager regarding the incident; and was offered a full refund. After thinking it over, it wasn't worth it to drive all the way down there over a refund when our meal was ruined anyways. I have ate at Hardees my entire life, but this really changed my mind about the Hardees in my area. I was told that the employee was a growing problem at this location on one of my telephone calls with their leadership. Went there for my 30 minute work lunch. There was one person working the drive threw. One working the front counter and one in the food preparation area. Ordered one of the $5.00 lunch deals. Was given a number and told my food would be delivered to me in a short time. After 15 minutes I came back to the counter and inquired about my food, was told just a few more minutes. I went back after a total of 25 minutes and waited for the drive threw worker to come to the counter. I gave her my number and told her to I had been waiting 25 minutes for my food and if it ever came up give it to someone.
