Subway — Restaurant in Greeneville

We stopped in because we live subway . We was very hungry and we ordered 2 ultimate BMT on white bread foot long with American cheese with veggies . Well by the time we get pay the girl already forgot what she made for me and ask me was it a steak . No ultimate BMT . When we get to school to eat we bite into our sandwich to see that she only put half the meat on our sandwich . I was made because I eat at subway so much we could make the sandwich our self. If I’m going to pay for a sandwich I don’t want to be cheated my meat . But the biggest problem I had the young boy that was working with the young girl that was making my food had fresh blood on his arm and walked over to show the young lady then wiped it on his clothes while standing at the food case . The blood came back up and I looked at him and said go get a bandaid . He looked at the young girl and wiped it on his clothes again . I work in the medical field that’s not allowed no matter how big or small the scrap is . I didn’t see how he done it but there was fresh blood . We are so up set with our service at this subway . Then there was a young lady that came in after us that had order her food on Line ans it said it was ready they hadn’t even made it . Really what is subway coming to . I love my subway if it’s made right can I get two coupons for two sandwiched to make up for what we didn’t get . Also they said the cookies just came out of the oven they were hard and cold . I live 30 minutes away from the closest fast food. I chose Subway, AGAIN (last order was $27 for 2 subs because they wouldn't honor the corporate promotion). It takes 1 HOUR there and back and is too far to go back to get fixed. Why can't these people get orders right? Wth is the passion to do a good job? I Ordered on the app. Got the MONSTER. However, my MONSTER was a MINI MONSTER. I paid $14 for a sandwich that wasn't worth a fart! The 2 girls working were dancing in the back and made me wait till the song was over before getting assistance. That wouldn't have been so bad if my order was accurate. I went to the Asheville Highway location in Greeneville and purchased two footlongs and two drinks. At the payment counter, I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip. Why? There is no service to tip for, other than preparing my order. The employees are paid a wage for their responsibilities. After I declined the tip, the guy at the counter became very put out. Then I was charged $25 for my order of two subs and two drinks. I don’t know if I were overcharged or not. If not, then the prices are ridiculous. I’ll never go back to that location, maybe...
