The chicken quesadilla was good last time nice and stuffed with chicken and well balanced and cheese and sauce and cut into 4 pieces I took the drive thru around 10-11pm

But this night I got 2 pieces of chicken on my chicken quesadilla I could see one piece of chicken and the second piece was little scraps of chicken it cost about 6$ so i expect chicken and cheese filled inside tortilla I got too much sauce not evenly put on and not as much cheese it was much less filled and it wasn't cut up so I had to tear it apart to eat sauce was pouring out of it And my tortilla wasn't toasted it was rushed you can tell without quality of food or service

Night time crew for cashier was not professional 2 crew members kept going outside talking to their friend and going to her table They were outside 2 guys every time no one was there ordering inside and would come in not right away when customer would show up. They went out 3 times while I was there The floor was filthy in the kitchen everything that should be served was on the floor (sauces, cheese, lettuce you name it I didn't take photo or call the service out but I think I should there needs to be some manager to step in)

Called store asked to speak to manager Madeline to let her know problems before I posted this review. She was in store I found out from calling store 11pm when I experienced all this chaos and she offered me another quesadilla and when I reexplained the issue of the two guys hanging outside a few times and inside with their friend there were customers coming in. There was a mess on tables and kitchen while I was there 30 min and she said she believes it's okay for them to go out 5 min or sometime freely. I told her maybe she needs to be fired then if she isn't doing her job. So she said have a good night and hung up. So issue was not resolved professionally therefore maybe manager needs to be fired too or get a warning and assessment check of her work. Amazing how people like that stay hired. I'll be back I told her to see how things have improved if no improvement I will talk to her higher up for sure. 3.7 stars at this taco bell definitely...

Terrible service i door dash and went to pick up a meal and someone has stole it so I sat for two hours trying to get this lady’s food but they refused to give it to me or remake it I had to run a bunch of gas out driven in circles around the drive thru cuz the inside was closed i trines for hours and never could get this lady’s food and after I finished my dashing I went back to get my self some food and while waiting for my food a young girl makes a comment “ Omg That girl is still here what’s wrong with her omg she’s crazy !! Totally disrespectful totally unprofessional they have nothing but a bunch of children working at night and the manager for the shift os also a child and they really need someone more responsible and to hold there employees accountable for such behavior and the fact that they messed up and gave my order to someone else that wasn’t my fault nor the customer or doordash but yet the customer and myself was the ones that had to suffer that is wrong I’ve never herd such rules be told . Ya the manager said he couldn’t give me the order that someone already picked it up and he couldn’t remake it unless it was reordered and doordash repaid for it and everything but they still didn’t fix it so I’m still aggravated it’s been days since it happened but I’m so sick of dealing with Taco Bell it’s always something of the food is terrible . It's happened more than half the times I buy food it's reheated old food or most of it's missing...

It tasted like crap. Our tacos and EVERYTHING was soggy and wet. The lettuce on the tacos was wilted and brown our food fell thru the paper bag when I picked it up to carry it in. I mean no one expects to get fine dining when you go to any fast food restaurant, but no one deserves to get fed what my family got given to us when went to Taco Bell. And on top of everything wet and soggy when I took just the lettuce and tomatoes off that was wilted and just about soured I barely had any meat on my taco. Yes I called and spoke with someone and they are going to replace everything but that's not the point. I spent 30$ on this food and it was so disgusting that we didn't even eat it. Now everyone comment that I should have cooked or something rude because I know how you all are but I just wanted to share my amazing dinner with everyone.
