I got the pork sandwich with two sides, which was enough for two people. Everything we had was absolutely divine. There was nothing I had that wasn't absolutely, stunningly amazing. Their cole slaw was the best I have ever had in this world, and the potato salad was something out of this world amazing. Don't even get me started on the pork; it was absolute perfection. My pulled pork sandwich came out very smoky, meaty with sinfully delicious spicy and tangy BBQ sauce, between two soft and warm buns. Talk about guilty pleasure that can turn you into a human puddle with full stomach. My two sides were potato salad and beans. These are the kick-ass food of the Appalachians. I love how this is a simple roadside food truck/restaurant with outdoor tables and seatings. It is impossible to drive by without sniffing out the heady whiff of the smoking hickory and savory scent of pulled pork. I went to my usual BBQ place and they were out of brisket so I made the mistake of stopping here. I ordered a brisket sandwich and quickly realized they had a huge variety of two sides to choose from. So I just ordered the sandwich to take home.

When I got home and opened the box I was disgusted. It was slices of brisket like I get at EVERY other BBQ restaurant, it was a few chunks of brisket with a ton of fat with grease and goop all over the bottom of the container. The bun was barely covered in foil and had soaked up the fat juice. It was disgusting and inedible! I paid over $6 for something that belonged in the garbage.
