Gypsy Joe's Ice Cream — Restaurant in Greenfield Township

I loved this place til today. I get there its 930am pretty early but best time for donuts. At night youd expect them to be low on stuff but in the morning? So i get there with a list from people of what flavors they want. They had No regular glazed No regular chocolate dipped glazed No regular bavarian No regular peanut butter filled so the options were change the flavors people wanted or just go with the bigger "fancy" ones. Its not my fault they had NOTHING in the morning. Thats their fault they didnt have what I wanted not my fault they didnt have any regular sized donuts early in the morning. Yet they charged me for a dozen fancy instead of the dozen regular i came there for. How can you call yourself a business and run out of things and instead of compensating to the customers needs you charge them more even though they didnt want them. They need to either 1 be more prepared in the morning or 2 compensate for the lack of correct...

I’m so glad Gypsy Joe’s made some changes in customer service because they are back to being my #1 ice cream place in Lancaster.

None of the issues that I had been experiencing are still present. We’ve had special order donuts and friendly service throughout the past year. Best ice cream in town, hands down!!

I love Gypsy Joe’s and I wanted to be able to leave a 5 star review, but the employees make this place the pits!

The donuts are yummy but the teenage girls serving them make me want to never come back. The owner will always take a cinnamon fry to the back and put maple icing on it for me. The teenager girls always tell me “we don’t do that.”

I tried to place a special order for a specific type of donut we LOVE for my birthday. The same teenage girls told me “we don’t want to make those.”

Despite how good the donuts are, I’ll take my business elsewhere if...

Let me tell you something last night was the first night in a very long time since Joe's ice cream shop has moved from the river tracks on Fair Avenue to its current location that was the last time I had their ice cream. And then it was awesome well usually got the pumpkin ice cream but I didn't want it last night was it in the mood old lady she got banana pudding ice cream. Let me tell you about that banana pudding ice cream that's all I got to say if you're looking for a good treat something cool something good and something sweet try this ice cream shop out if you're in or around Lancaster Ohio they know their stuff. Next time I go I'm going to definitely get me 1. And I'm definitely going to try their donuts apple fritter next time I heard they're so so but the best donut shop in town is the donut shop so let's see if these Donuts out does the donut shop come try the ice cream shop...
