I had a very unpleasant experience at City Food Equipment. The customer service was incredibly poor, and several of the staff members were outright disrespectful. One employee in particular, named Paul, attempted to charge me for items that belonged to another customer’s account. When I was about to make a purchase, he actually told the cashier not to sell it to me and used completely inappropriate language toward me.

It felt like they were playing games and trying to take advantage of customers. This is not how any business should treat people. I would not recommend this...

I recommend this store to any new restaurant or existing owner! This store has lots of quality equipment and pretty sure they have everything your looking for! I furnished my whole restaurant from the kitchen to the bar area thanks to City Food Equitment!! There prices are very reasonable I would...

I would not buy from them the quoted me 1800 for a unit yesterday and now today the unit is three hundred dollars more and it is in stock he claims price increase but that unit was in stock yesterday he did not pay more for the unit today what a scam artist...
