Today I was refused service in the drive thru at an hour when the dining area was closed. I have been served by the same employee many times before without incident. A bicycle is a vehicle that can travel on public roads just the same as any motorized vehicle. She said "we cannot serve people on bicycles or walk-up customers" and pointed to a sign that says roughly "we cannot serve walk-up customers". The sign said nothing about cyclists. Not catering to everyone is a clear act of discrimination. Its like saying you will only get service if you are wearing green on St. Patrick's Day. So, where will this pattern of behavior end? Will it eventually evolve into we don't serve blacks, Catholics, Baptists, etc.? I have even heard of motorcyclists being refused service. From what I have read, McDonald's says that it is concerned for my health and safety and that is why I am refused service. If that were true they wouldn't serve the garbage they do and call it food. Hell, I only wanted a drink in the first place. So thank you Greenfield McDonald's for trying to make me feel like less of a person because I don't have a vibrating oil sucker under my crotch when I try to buy something that you have for sale as this suddenly seems to be prerequisite to anyone making a purchase. You do not succeed at anything except making yourself look stupid in the eyes of...
Read more45 min.- 7 cars made it through from order to drive through exit. And they were overwhelmed with workers in the store. I don't care how nice the person at the window is .......45 min and my right up for being late back to work for being trapped in a drive is rediculous. I am surprised the affluent Gahanna doesn't recognize a bottled up drive-thru with no excitability a safety hazard being that it's right there on that busy corner. Not only that the if something happened in emergency or medical situation happened nobody our car broke down you couldn't get anybody through that line so I don't even understand that this...
