Bumped my review to 4 stars. My last several visits have been quick, correct, and good quality.
Update April 27th 2024 Noticeable improvements in pacing and quality, some new staff who seem to actually care and some older staff finally kicking it into gear. Bumped up to 3 stars.
Update March 30 2024, I've added one star because the speed of the drive-thru has improved. There are still workers who will stand in front of you and use their phone while your empty coffee cup sits on the counter in front of them. If it didn't save me 25min to go here instead of somewhere else I wouldn't use this location.
Very poorly managed. This is (mostly) NOT an issue with the employees. This location is super slow, like, 20 min in the drive thru every time type of slow. I watch the orders ahead of me and theyre not even large or complicated. This place hasnt hired enough staff to handle both the lobby and the drive through so they are in a constant state of struggle. They also don't seem to have time to stir their iced coffee before dispensing it so it comes out super acidic and gross. Don't waste your time. Read moreIt seems the last few times I've been to a DD, the customer service and performance are lacking. One person in front of me, one waiting for 4 iced coffees, four that were seated and talking. The person in front of me waited 5 minutes before placing an order from one of the 5 employees. I also watched one woman who must have worked there help herself to coffee and then walk out. I ordered 3 of the same bagel, toasted, with cream cheese on the side. The person took 10 minutes and then gave me two with cream cheese on the bagels. I said I had three, he says I only have two then yells over at the person who took my order who responded with I had three. I hand him the receipt and he asks me what was I supposed to have. I responded by telling him to read it, I figured he should have done that anyway to ensure the correct order. He then prepared my order, threw the bag on the counter without saying anything...
Read moreFriendly staff, familiar faces. However, now that a new coffee shop has opened elsewhere, there are shorter lines for coffee in the morning. I enjoy knowing that what I buy at Dunkin's is just right, most of the time. However, when they do mix up my order somewhat often, they are very understanding and correct it with speed and efficiency. Sometimes the microphone at the drive-thru is spotty and the workers on the inside can't hear me very well, but this is solved by speaking up. Overall a great place for breakfast and coffee.
