Nik & Charlie's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Greenland

I stopped there Today with my two daughters on the recommendation of someone who works in the area. Thank you Jerry! ( I hope I spelled your name correctly) We ordered a lg cheese & French fries. It was delicious! Not to much sauce or cheese and it was cooked to perfection, I didn’t have to specify how to cook it(which never happens) My daughters who usually wont eat one slice, each ate two! The people working were all friendly. The owner who I overheard another table talking has worked every day since February still made time to come over and say hello and ask how our food was! Ordered a pizza online since I was unable to order through call after 20 try’s. Ordered two pizzas, they said they would be done in 25-30 minutes. 30 minutes later we go in to pay and pick up, and they say it will take another 25 minutes. After telling them we’ve already waited the time they said it would be done, they told us it was our fault that it wasn’t ready. Horrible behavior from a restaurant we go to frequently. Won’t be going back any time soon.

Update: After 30 more minutes pizza was finally done and after taking a bite we realized there were a few onions on the pizza. One of us is allergic to onions so it was scary to find this on our food. Please be more careful when...

Our family really enjoyed Nik and Charlie’s up until the last couple of years. We have run into issues with our orders: missing part of the order, special instructions not adhered to, food not cooked to standards and quality of food lacking. We decided to give them another try, hoping improvements would be made, but alas there were no improvements. We placed a delivery order with a 2 hour delivery time (!!) and when food arrived, the salad order was missing ingredients and the chicken was questionable; resulting in us throwing away most of the food uneaten.
