Starbucks — Restaurant in Greenland

I just went to order a latte, nobody was in line in front of me. The two girls working there took their time talking to each other. One of them finally came to take my order and just looked at me. I asked for the latte, she looked at me as if she has never heard of the holiday drinks they have announced on their wall. I repeated the order and she looked at me without reacting. Finally she got it and she acted like an upset and annoyed teenager showing me her annoyed attitude with her body language. Seriously. I asked her if there is a problem and she said - what?! At that point I just told her to leave it and we left without our drinks. I could not believe the rude attitude. Way to go when you work in the service industry. I will never go back to...

Just went here because I got a notification from my starbucks app that it was happy hour and there was supposed to be half price frappuccinos. So I went in and ordered 2 frappuccinos and they rang up at full price. When i asked why the girl at the counter told me that because they are located in target that they don't always have the same promotions. Why aren't all Starbucks the same? I double checked the offer on the app and it simply says at "participating stores." If it had been more specific and said that it wasn't redeemable at target starbucks stores than I wouldn't have even come to this...

Went to get coffee before shopping tonight and I could hear the girls chatting in the back for 5+ min while I waited. Eventually another customer mentioned that the employees went back to “wash dishes”. I left to do my shopping and then came back at the end. The employee was telling someone in front of me how long it would take her to make a drink and how frustrating that was. Never had a more unpleasant...
