Will never spend another penny of my hard earned money at Arby's. This is my second bad experience in a row. To be specific, this is the Arby's on Bridford Parkway, off Wendover, near the Hobby Lobby in Greensboro.
My granddaughter received a card from her school offering 10 free kids meals throughout the summer. We redeemed the first one two weeks ago. When we went in, there was a line, and there was an elderly lady who was standing to the side with her daughter. When we finally got to the cashier, he couldn't stop prancing and had to repeatedly ask me what our order was because he was just not paying attention. The order was placed after him asking me 3 times what my order was. As I stood and waited, I couldn't help but notice the elderly lady and her daughter and wondered why she hadn't just sat down. 10 minutes later, the prancer asked them (he actually sang it to them like he was in an episode of Glee) and asked them what they were waiting for. The daughter replied, "Our Food!" The manager then came came over (mind you she was in the middle of a personal conversation right in front of all the patrons with another worker, who was writing something down as she scratched all through her hair, never once washing her hands) and told the prancer to mind his own business because she "got them". The two continued to stand where they were. Finally, when our order was ready, I checked the bag to make sure the order was right and sure enough it was wrong. They ended up giving me free food. And when we left the elderly woman and her daughter were STILL standing there.
Today, we went through the drive through, service just as bad. A girl with a bad attitude, had us in the drive through for 20 minutes, when there was no traffic. We'd place our order and then there was minutes of dead air. My husband would say, "hello", then she'd come back with an attitude. This went on until our order was finally placed, (5-7 minutes). When we finally get to the window, our order is WRONG! We let her know and she corrects it, so we think. When we get home, my granddaughter's chicken tender meal has 2 chicken tenders, instead of 3, she has fruit punch instead of apple juice, and no fries. The service is absolutely ridiculous. Arby's claims to have the meat, but fails to mention the bad customer experience....
Read moreThe lady that worked night shift on 1/12/24 is very rude, and not only is she rude but she was eating food when I arrived at the window (clearly visible). She didn’t greet me whatsoever, not at the intercom or the window. The only thing she said was “you can order” .. However, I ordered a simple fish meal with 6 Mozzarella sticks and would you believe after several minutes of waiting for my food at the window I ended up with a chicken sandwich and 4 mozzarella sticks. Very disappointing after a long day of work and I would highly recommend not going to this particular Arby’s. Btw, yes she got the order correct on the receipt .. at least she did...
Read moreThis Arby's is always on and poppin', and the new decor is great. I have been coming to this location for more years than I care to remember, and it is always fast, friendly, and ready to serve you great Arby's food. And, let's be honest here- Arby's has a great product, nothing they serve, from the least expensive item to the more costly, is less than delicious, and they are always coming up with new, wonderful items to try. Heck, people look forward to the McRib coming back so much cause the rest of their menu is so static and predictable! Keep up the great...
