If I could give 0 stars I would, ordered from here a couple of times before but the most recent time I ordered, I bit down into this wing and smelled a funny smell along with a chewy taste and knew something wasn’t right, after looking down at the wing I immediately threw up and discarded the rest of the wings. At this point the restaurant was closed and I travel for work and have a family so I am busy, I tried to call the following day and kept getting “user busy” on the phone and I was already out of town so I waited 2 days than I called again I called 10 times and got the “user busy” and than waited about 15 mins and called back. I explained the situation and told the manager when I purchased and the wing I received, her response was “first of all sir, we check the quality of each wing, and there is no way that wing came from us” no apathy no trying to make the situation better just her trying to justify the “wings” like I’m the one who made it. Than after a few words offered me a remake of 50% off. Why would I pay anything after receiving that wing. I tried to call to resolve it but to act as if your establishment is perfect and no wrong could be done with thousands of wings going out daily, that one no way possible could be rotten. I’ve attached a picture of this wing and will never be returning to this establishment again. You may need to check the quality of your wings a little better because that is definitely not a quality wing I’ve never even had a wing that looked like that before, being dark is one thing but that is 100% gross and I am truly dissatisfied with the service, the resolution and the experience at bon bon wings and grills. I would genuinely like for anyone in management or staff make themselves that same wing I bit down into and eat it to the bone and than tell me that it is a quality wing. Cheese fries!!! The pictures speak for themselves! EPIC FAIL! Where is the cheese??? A 10.00 order of fries you should be ashamed! I asked for an extra ranch for the salad and one for the wings only to find out I was billed 0.75 for 3 cups!!! I’ve never in my life heard of being charged for ranch while eating in!! That’s ridiculous! I have wings, “cheese” fries and a large chicken tender all with ranch…why are you charging for the ranch???? Next, the chicken tenders I took one bite and emptied it in my napkin…I told someone else to taste it before I gave my opinion…I asked what they taste….response “absolutely nothing!” My thoughts exactly! Chicken tender was cooked to perfection but tasted like NOTHING! Not a spice in sight it had zero flavor. The salads were good and reasonably priced. The drinks were pretty good. (Tea and soft drinks) Lastly, the wings!!! I have no words….this is a place with wings in their name. We expected so much more! Again, no flavor on chicken just the sauce that was more on the plate then the wings. The wings were plain with little to no sauce. Read moreI was so disappointed with my order this evening. I only live a few minutes away so we ordered wings to eat while we watched the game. When I called my order in I was told 20-25 minutes. I arrived in 25 minutes only to sit and wait. Another lady sitting there had placed her order at 6:15pm, was told the same wait time but was not told once she got there she would need to wait an additional 35 minutes, I waited an addiitonal 25. It took them over an hour to get her food to her, mine was 50 minutes but as we sat there we listened to other phone in customers being told the same thing we were told, 20-25 minutes. When the other customer said "you really need to tell them the wait is going to be much longer", the reply was, "I wasn't the one on the phone.: Really?! Shouldn't you all be on the same page since you work in the same place? I assume it was the manager who finally brought us our food after the other customer began talking about getting her money back but there was no apology for the wait, no acknowledgement whatsoever. In fact her disposition gave the impression that she was too busy to have to deal with us. When I got home, remember I only live a short ways away, my food was barely warm, overcooked and dry!
