Inspired by Mexican Hot Chocolate, this is our own spin on the ancient spicy dark cacao drinks that originated from the Mayans and Aztecs in ancient Central America. Just like the region, this flavor brings many cultures together; to create a harmonious blissful cultural union. Dark cacao base with cardamom, cinnamon, maple syrup, rose water, cashew nuts, walnuts, golden raisins and red chili pepper flakes.

Chai is origin to India and is tea made in milk; but Karak Chai's epicenter is the Arabian peninsula. A by-product of ethnic and cultural migration of surrounding cultures and people around the developing Arabian countries, this Middle Eastern tea time cultural norm was born as a cure to homesickness amongst South Asian blue-collar workers, who left their homes and families in search of better opportunities. Congregating and bonding over piping hot highly caffeinated super sweet chai infused with special blends of spices, memories, and a pairing of sugary cookies on the side, it emulates the cultural tradition of evening tea time with loved ones back home. Karak Chai is not an ethnic sub-cultural phenomena, but a Middle Eastern craze reflective of Arab world's melting pot characteristics. Found at the original tea stalls in markets and labor campuses to five star hotels and global franchises, this is a must try flavor and an homage to founder's home, the United Arab Emirates.

Founder's favorite spot for comfort, reliability, inspirations and aspirations, this is an homage to the franchise, their redundancy of Chai Tea (which literally means tea tea) and the heightened pumpkin spiced drink craze during pumpkin season. Pumpkin and oats base with cardamom, black tea, chai spice and brown sugar.
