Ordered the 20 wings 10 golden bbq 10 mild! When i received my order my sauce to my mild wings were spilled all out the bag! Wings were uncooked my bf decided to keep eating his i tried to eat mines until I bit into my second wing and it tasted totally raw i felt so sick on top of that im pregnant thats food poison!! Sent the uncooked wings back that they picked back up in 3 mins after calling and they sent back new wings a whole hour later and i received only 7 wings. Called and asked why did i recieve 7 wings they said because i ate 2 wings when i only ate one fully and bit the other wing that was very raw! They then argued my bf down about them only putting 7 wings saying they put 8 when they didn't! He then asked for his money back they told us we had to bring the wings back there to get his money back. My bf get there and they say they dont return money that they would cook the wings over and deliever him back a full 10 piece. We're waiting and waiting for the wings they never came this is a whole a hour later he call the store back they insist that they're closing. My bf says were waiting on wings and the guy TIMMY starts to argue and be rude and say that we cant order there anymore because i refused to eat raw chicken and be cheated out my wings when i only ate one. So we went that night with no money or wings and just from that point wanted our money back! Next day we went there to get our money back they refused and said we have to get only 8 chicken wings. Make sure your food is cooked before paying because they want give you your money back they leave you forced to eat there food after they disrespect you...
   Read moreThe manager is rude. I'll never go there again. This was my first and last time. I ordered for pickup. I explained my order twice to the woman who answered the phone. I get there 10 minutes later to pick it up and the man comes from the back asking me my order again. I ordered a sub, fries and a drink. He rings me up for only a sub. Iâm aggravated at this point so I just let him ring up the sub so I can leave. I get home and open up the sub to see itâs majority lettuce inside the bread and 10% meat. As soon as I saw it, I called the store back and told them about it. The man said he would handle it so I went back to the store. He goes to get the manager. The manager comes up and asks what the problem is so I tell him the same thing. He asked me did I want him to make it again, but they had already made too many mistakes for me so I just wanted to go somewhere else. He continues to open the sub and digs in it to find the meet, shows me and closes it back up to weigh it. He gives me my money back and continues to yell saying âI donât have time for games. Donât come back!â Mind you this is my first time coming here, so I am baffled at his customer service. He had no right to talk to me in that tone. I wasnât planning on coming back anyway, but I was shocked that he acted so rudely towards me. I came in with a nice attitude. I didnât even bite into the sandwich. I just wanted my money back because they gipped me on the meat. Why would I spend $6 on an 8 inch sub with all lettuce? The manager (I believe he is) is very rude and disrespectful.    Read moreI was a regular customer until yesterday. I wish grubhub and Google will allow me to upload a picture. The steak and cheese had a tablespoon of meat. And shredded cheddar cheese. which was not asked for nor listed on their menu as the type of cheese. When I called them the person who answered needs to never answer the phone again. He will make this place shut down soon. He argued me down and tried to make it seem like it was my fault for ordering the sandwiches. He told me I should have ordered extra meat. Then when asked about the cheese he tried to insult me by saying no one uses the thick mozzarella cheese. duh, I know that but who uses shredded cheddar. I asked for my money back and he says it's against policy and he will send 2 more sandwiches out to replace it AND HUNG UP THE PHONE! I called him back and stated in order to get 1 proper steak and cheese he would need to send 6. I told him he can keep his cold spit sandwiches and just be ready to see how much of a good customer he lost. We tip more than well. If he checks our history he will see that our family of three orders from them at least once a week. oh well...it's in the hands of Karma now. About to find a review site that can allow...
