Huge huge disappointment. They also offered no remedy for my problems.
Took the family for an early dinner on Sunday. Utterly disappointed. The service was okay the place looks like any other longhorn just about a third smaller. The food was the problem. The children's meal wasn't even done correctly. We ordered the steak bites medium well for the kids meal. They were definitely well or should we say not so well done. They were burned. They even fumbled on the side dishes. My side dish was the only one that were correct at a table of four. That means three fumbled side dishes. One of the side dishes wasn't brought to the table until we were about halfway finished eating.
Health hazard: I ordered the ribs. When they were brought out they were very very tough. I cut them with a knife and took a bite. I noticed that they were very tough to the tooth. Then I noticed that the bone or the meat next to the Bone was pink and somewhat slimy. Definitely not a smoke ring. Myoglobin in a steak is a good thing. In pork ribs it is a e coli and trichinosis risk. I showed the waitress and she is very squeamishly agreed. She assured me that it's a manager would be out to see me. That never happened. Instead of bringing me a new properly prepared order of ribs, They took the underdone and tough ribs and place them under the salamander (broiler) and brought the now charred and tough ribs back out to me. Realizing that I would be getting any satisfaction from them I asked the young lady to pack my ribs up as I would complete them at home. Knowing that it would take more than a few minutes under the salamander to get those ribs anywhere near where they should be. By the way The manager who was told about my problems never did come out.

When app came we asked for plates and never got them until we asked twice more. Salad never came out. Folks who sat at the bar after us were being brought their food while we sat and waited. Waiter asked if I wanted another drink, I said yes. Had to ask him for it twice and it was at least 10-15 minutes before I got it. After being ignored by the manager who walked by several times and 45 min after we ordered our entree we decided to leave. Asked for our bill. I had to ask the guy three times. After another almost 15 minutes and asking for time #3 he said the manager needed to fix our check so I told him to have her get on it, weād waited long enough. Check gets fixed and we give our credit card, guy walks to the register and puts it down and walks away!! I lean over and say check us out! He did it begrudgingly. The girl who brought my order to my car was not very friendly, and I realized after she walked away that the drink was wrong. However , it was late and I had a 25 minute drive back home so I just kept the drink I was given. After getting home and starting to eat our meals my husband and I both were disgusted to find that both of our steaks were almost completely raw on the inside instead of cooked medium, neither of them tasted like there was any flavor/seasoning on them, and it was almost as if both steaks were run under water or something and soggy. They weren't even edible . We both took 1 bite and we're horrified and disgusted . As if that wasn't bad enough, it didn't stop there. Everything was gross, from the bread to the entree to the sides. The salads were ok , but they were missing croutons and cheese. I called and spoke with the manager Emily , who was very nice about the whole situation and assured me that she was going to send a gift card via email for the 2 steak meals (my sons meal was ok) and apologized.
