DO NOT VISIT unless you want to be verbally assaulted by the male assistant manager after sustaining horrible service. Upon arrival, no silverware. Party of 8 kindly asks waitress for silverware. Drinks are ordered. An hour later, no silverware and no drinks. Waitress tells party the bar lost their ticket. Still no silverware at this point. Appetizers arrive but have to eat with fingers. Since drinks never arrived an hour after being seated, member of party says, "I do not want my drink anymore. Please take it off my bill and I do not plan on coming back here." An hour and a half later after being seated, drinks finally arrive but still NO silverware. Member of party receives drink that was asked to be removed and decides to drink it even though he had asked it to be removed from bill and not delivered. Male Assistant Manager comes out and belligerently asks patron, "Is that the drink you said you did not want and are now drinking?" There was no, "I'm so sorry for the delay. Is there anything we can do to make your stay more pleasant?" Instead, the male assistant manager accuses the party of 8 of causing his waitress to be in tears. Party of 8 included business people, a nurse practitioner, a former judge, and a retired elementary principle from a surrounding county. Party of 8 understands the squeeze COVID has placed on restaurants and that waits are longer than normal due to possible lack of wait staff. THIS SITUTATION WAS ABHORRENT. The male assistant manager should be replaced immediately for treating patrons so inappropriately. Members of the party have all visited this restaurant prior and have never had any issues like this but this visit will be the LAST visit until the manager is either replaced or given proper training on how to communicate with patrons. Party of 8 immediately left after the public berating and will not be back. Big Sky Steak & Spirits is far from FINE dining....

A friend and I stayed over in Greensburg on a road trip and be it a Sunday evening. Knowing nothing about town, surely not wanting "chain meals" and being a Sunday evening it seemed our local choices were limited... Reading reviews here having its time periods of concern, but the quality reviews out weighed those. Plus the newest and menu had offering too. The facility was impressive, service was great (even the waitress did not have much to offer as it related to the menu reviews. She was newer staff.), stocked bar, a menu of American land & sea choices (thoe too far inland for me to consider the sea side) and far pricing as long as the quality is there and it was for the most part. We ordered from the steak side, so we took the risk based on price for sure. To pay $30ish for quality meat, prepared right is okay by me. And my ribeye met the standardards. Trimed nicely, seared well, medium as orderd, tender and full of flavor with just some salt & pepper! My sides all were prepared well and the wedge was crisp, fresh and the blue cheese was on point. So for the quality to cost meter for me, I give that 4 stars as it pushing the limits if your going to have an appetizer, drink or two and meal, its pushing $60 a person. I need a bit more flar, a staff knowing the menu and specials to pay that regularly. All in all, good choice and far better than any of the highway chain $50 a...

I do belive that I will not be giving this place another chance. We were promptly seated, placed a drink order and then requested time to view the menu. After inquiring about some menu items we placed our order, after delivering our salad my friend reminded our server that he still had not received his drink. We then had to reorder our dressing . Our server returned to our table on several occasions letting us know that our meal would be out in a minute. After 36 minutes our meal finally arrived, at this point we had to reorder butter for the potatoes (big mistake as the potatoes were not hot enough to melt the butter) the question was asked for the 2nd time, may we please have salt and pepper? Upon completion of our meal we were asked several times if we were ready to settle up or check ? However we were informed on several occasions that they were busy and the boss was in the kitchen performing the cooking duties. To sum it up 35 minutes to deliver the rest of our meal (cold) and asking for drinks , seasoning and butter twice and the tried to run us out the door. I hope that future customers have a much better experience than we did . No way to go...

We love Big Sky. The food is really amazing. Our most recent visit was on Saturday and we were disappointed that they had run out of prime rib. But, the disappointment quickly disappeared when we decided to try something new. My husband got a burger and I got the Jambalaya Pasta. Listen to my words of experience. I will 100% go back just for that pasta. Flavorful and delicious and a generous portion. The leftovers were just as good the next day. The atmosphere and wait staff are always delightful. We got dessert this time, which we rarely do at any restaurant. If you like cheesecake, get the creme brulee cheesecake. Decadent and delicious, perfectly creamy, and well worth it. Although we did not get an appetizer this visit, we also highly recommend the stuffed mushrooms. They are the best I've ever had.

Was promptly greeted and seated. The staff is super friendly. Started off with a Bloody Mary. It was gOod and glad to here that they Aaron a still looking on ways to improve. The stuff mushroom were excellent texture and flavors are spot on. They were out of French onion soup so I am need to come back for that. The bread is served warm and garLic herb butter was very good. They have a good entrees and it was tough on what to get. I was clOse to ordering the pork chops but ended getting the New York rly strip witH loaded baked potato and asparagus. They have a nice Keto options the asparagus was fixed perfect nice char and crisp. Good quality steak and prepared to what I wanted. Cools use more we seasoning on the steak. Stephanie was great and made my visit enjoyable

Great experience. Our server, Samantha was excellent. We didn't know what we wanted to drink, so she asked us a few questions and created a mixed drink! She also clued us in on the special beer price for the evening. Very attentive and personal without hovering. Food was all good. Brisket was a bit fatterer than we liked. Had the Open Range Burger with sriracha mayo (spicey) on the side. Don't have it cooked beyond medium or it will be dry. Pretzel bullets were light and fluffy. Not a huge atmosphere. Main bar counter had only 6 seats with an additional 5-6 tables. Lots of seating on the opposite side though. I'd call this place more of an upscale bar than fine dining. Either way, it was good food and service. You decide.
