**Internet bought seats are not assigned......be sure to get there early if you want good seats.
Fix your internet ticket buying system. Numerous people bought tickets early for good seats and when you arrive later thinking the seats are assigned like on the website, they are not and others are in those seats. Then you are stuck with not so desirable seats. A large argument ensued in the theater we were in and made my kids' experience horrible due to all the cursing. It was neither individuals fault, it was your terrible system. The people that bought the assigned seats were told to move. We had to sit in different seats as well, even though I purchased days before.
To add to the ordeal, I tried to call your theater to add a ticket, thinking they were only assigned, and you cannot talk to anyone. It is all automated. Leave a message and get a call back. Works good if you have time but this was 1 hour before the showing. Knowing now, they are not assigned and you can buy at the counter, not a big deal. For a first time online buyer, it is a...
Read moreI recently visited this theater to take a friend to see SUPERMAN (2025)—a movie my wife and I had already enjoyed twice in IMAX.
As much as I’d like to give this place five stars, I have to give it two due to the poor projection and sound quality. During college, I worked at an old AMC Classic that only offered "STANDARD" projection, and even that had better quality. At this theater, the contrast was so high that dark scenes were nearly impossible to make out, and even brighter scenes had noticeable color issues. The sound was equally underwhelming.
Concessions are limited, which isn’t a major issue for me personally, but worth noting for others.
On a positive note, the theater has a cozy atmosphere, and the interior is impressively clean.
I truly hope the management invests in upgrading the projection and sound systems. With improvements in those areas, this could easily become a top-tier...
Read moreI used to go here a lot and it used to be nice. Honestly where do I start, some of the seats are waaaay too close to where my knees literally are rubbing against the seat in front of me. Especially the other day when I went to see LILO in auditorium 5 in the back row. Next thing is something as a moviegoer can point out is the lack of BRIGHTNESS for the films. I get it. It’s not AMC or some high tech establishment but for the love of everything. I have to squint my eyes at times because of how dark the image looks and it is so annoying because I pay good money (since the prices have skyrocketed) to watch a movie and enjoy it but this was a very bad experience for me and my family and I don’t see us ever coming back again until that issue is fixed. The seat complaint is another matter. But if the quality of the images are ALWAYS dark like they still are. Yeah I’m not wasting my hard earned money...
