Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Greensburg

We had an issue with the pizza being over cooked when we called to get it fixed the manager would not do anything for us he kept saying that I promise it will not taste burnt try it we told him that the cheese is black along with the pepperoni sausage and bacon was all black from being over cooked he said that he had someone else come in saying that there pizza was burnt also and he told them that it wasn't and all he could is turn the oven temp down I pointed out that if he didn't thank the pizza is not burnt then why would you need to turn down the temp on the oven he would not give us a refund so I asked him to remake them and I will bring the pizza back he just kept trying to get us to try the pizza I then asked him for his name so I could just call corporate and he refused to do so and after I brought up contacting corporate he then gave us a credit to the app so now we are stuck with nasty pizza and a credit on an app that we will not use we are still waiting on corporate to...

I have waited on my order for a Medium pizza and order of tots for over and hour and 20 minutes. It said wait time less than 30 minutes! I live less than 10 minutes from place and over 40 minutes I was told it was out for delivery. The food arrived like warm and tots were soggy and nasty from condensation from sitting while waiting to be delivered. There’s absolutely no excuse for service this bad!! I wouldn’t even give 1 star at this point if it was an option. This is the second time being done in similar way. I tried to give benefit of a doubt first time and try again. First, let me say I do have the flu, so I gave the food the benefit of a doubt when the taste was off. When my guts starting rolling less than an hour later, I knew it was bad food. We got pan pizzas. Mine was very greasy and a bit doughy. There was hardly and sauce on the dough. The garlic sauce was bland. We paid for the melted cheese and marinara dipping sauce.
