Review from 1:45am 6/24/2022 Worst experience at a Taco He\ not sure if this was a different crew ⌠female personnel working drive thru was the rudest customer service worker I have encountered in a lot of years!! I wonât be back and I will tell everyone I work with how bad my experience was tonight! All the parking lot lights were out including the store sign.. I ordered my regular I usually eat it two to three times week whether it before work or after depending on my works overtime. Tonight I got told that when I added the regular two scoops of ground beef that I add every time I go tonite will cost me more because I was there at a different time of the day and there was a different crew working .:. I guess consistency in pricing and portion control isnât important here at this Taco Bell âŚwhen I said that is not what Iâd normally get charged but I will pay whatever she sees fit to charge for my additions rather than argue about it ⌠I then got told that I was not going to be served because of the drive thru personnelâs âpersonalâ boundaries must have been crossed I assumed and her feeling hurt maybe I really do not know lol but she wasnât even going to serve me now even though I didnât agree with her inconsistency I was still willing to pay her over charges but she then just refused me service now completely ⌠maybe she needed a hug tonite oh well Iâm good I wonât return again to the Taco Bell in Greensburg IN at all. I will stick to the new one in Shelbyville by the interstate on St RD 9 if I feel the need from here out. Donât waste your time going here the drive thru personnel are so shady ⌠o yes a couple times here only⌠I have been told before the credit card machine doesnât work and itâs âcashâ only so then conveniently my food amount total would always be a rounded dollar amountâŚ.    Read moreNormally my experience here is fine. But, went yesterday at about 4pm. Had two cars in front of me and they were gone before I finished ordering. They had my food to me within a minute of being at the window. Usually they are fast, but this was really fast. I was like, "Wow. They are on their game today!"
No. I got home and the food that was not a special order looked like it was prepared well before I ordered. My home is 8 minutes away. All three tacos were soggy, falling apart, and appeared as if someone decided to sit on them during their lunch break. The nachos bel grande was soggy, the cheese was dark yellow like it had sat for awhile.
Horrible experience yesterday. I'm going to give them another chance and ensure I check the quality before I pull away. I recommend you do the same if they seem too quick to give you your food.
Hey, Taco Bell employees. Pro tip: Serve the food YOU would want to eat. Your menu is no longer cheap. Give your customers quality or find a different job.
Edit: Three visits later since my review and every time the food has been trash unless ordered special. Even today, there were multiple cars in front of me and it was dinner time. I figured things would be fresh. No. Same scenario. See photo. It's what they put out. Soggy, broken tacos.
I dunno what happened to this taco bell and why the quality has tanked, but it's unacceptable.

   Read moreThis is hands down one of the worst Taco Bells I have every been to. We recently moved to Greensburg and have tried to order food from here five times. Every single time they are out of almost everything for our order. The main thing that we really like from there is their Baja Blast. This last visit, I had high hopes because it was the first time I've ordered and they didn't say they were sold out of anything. However, I wait in line for about 10 minutes to get up to the window and am told they were out of Baja Blast. At this point, I was over it and told them to just cancel my entire order (which was just a number seven combo). They instantly got mad at me and asked why I wanted to cancel the entire thing over the drink. I heard the cook yell that it was already cooked, but I told them I didn't want it without my drink. Most of the time their quesadilla are extremely burnt as well. The cook had thr audacity to come up to the window and slam the food into the trashcan, looking at me directly when doing so. The employees here are extremely rude and this entire place just needs to be shut down if they can't rectify the issues that they're having. The TLDR is you can't get ahold of them on the phone, they hardly ever have anything in stock, the food is barely edible, and poor service. You're better off getting food...
