El Reparo used to be awesome but they have been consistantly disappointing the past year. They use a cheaper cut of steak in my taco salad now and don't put nearly the amount they used to. Last night my steak taco salad tasted like sour cream and lettuce, literally. The shell swallowed the salad, looked nothing like it's supposed to. I always order it out of convenience. I know what it used to be prior to the closure last year and it is definaitely not the same, nothing is. I wanted to order the manager's burrito smothered in cheese sauce but it doesn't come with sour cream or pico de gallo. This is something that I have never agreed with, you shouldn't have to pay for condiments. Of course, you should have to pay for extra sour cream, but not 99 cents just to have a little sour cream on your burrito. Last night I asked if there was a "toppings plate" that I could order and I was told that I would have to pay for each item individually. He said there was a salad that had lettuce, guacamole or avocado not sure which, and pico de gallo for 4.99. Why would I want to pay 4.99 just to have toppings on my burrito? I don't like to complain but at the same time, I want to have a pleasant dining experience, not feel like I have to pay extra to enjoy my food. I see this parking lot full every night and on weekends there is a wait. I believed that they can afford to give a dab of sour cream to those whose wish to have it on their burrito. Greensburg is in need of new...
Read moreCame for a visit from out of town and was recommended this place to eat, so we got a carryout order. I asked about my meal and was told it came with rice and beans on side as well as in my burrito. I paid 12$ for a burrito and was expecting to get rice and beans or just one or the other, and I got neither, we ordered another meal that was only $8 and it had both items with it. The burrito i ordered was a good size burrito , had a decent amount of chicken, and it tasted good , but I customized it with pico . The 8$ meal was smaller but still decent priced however, its burrito only had meat inside, nothing else. Cheese dip was a lot spicier than I was expecting it but it was still ok. Of course due to heartburn issues I couldn't eat much of the cheese dip because of the spiciness. Food was made quickly, and seemed to be fresh. The taste was good, I just wish I had got the rice that came with my burrito. Despite this , I will come back if we come to town again. Next time I'll question more thoroughly about what I'm supposed to recieve with what I order. And instead of cheese dip ill try chorizo queso, hopefully its...
Read moreThe food is good and the service is good as well; however, if you visit make sure to check your bill carefully. I don't know if its their practice in general but they added extras on my bill twice. I am only visiting Greensburg so perhaps they tried a fast one on me. They have charged me extra drinks and food, nothing major that would cause alarm but they have added average about $8 on my bill. I confronted them the last time, they did remove the extra beer but. I ordered 3 tacos and i confirmed with the server that it was $5.99 but in the bill it was $7.99. The guy said it was taxes..makes no sense. Taxes are on the total bill not on each individual order but i didnt want to make a big deal. Am just visiting. They did the same a few days prior but at that time i was not paying attention. Make sure to check your bill...perhaps because i am not local and had not paid attention previously they figured they could keep doing it. However if they do that to every unsuspecting customer at the end of the day they are making extra money. Just check your bill and...
