The Perfect Scoop — Restaurant in Greentown

Ice cream is delicious! I recently moved across the street and heard they had food now so I went to try it. The service was SO SLOW the last time I was there (I was the only customer and it took 15 minutes for 2 dishes of ice cream) but I decided to try them again. Got a simple order and the service was the same (2 items = 15 minutes) extremely slow and they only had one other customer besides me. I would probably spend too much money here if the service was fast. It’s so close, delicious and convenient! But if it takes 15 minutes to scoop ice cream per customer, I can’t imagine how long it will take when it’s warm out...

I called ahead of time to ask if there was superman ice cream the gentleman I spoke to said yes and a quart was $20 and some change. I drive there and order the quart of the superman and he tells me it's $39.20 and I said you just told me it was 20 and change on the phone and he said that was before taxes. I asked him how taxes on a quart of ice cream was 19.00. He told me he didn't know. He was trying to charge me $39.20 for a quart. Maybe go over how the tax works with your staff so they know and understand...

They have the best fountain drink anywhere! In my opinion. If you would like a flavoring. I'm sure they have that option also. The Mackinaw Fudge Ice Cream in a homemade waffle cone is my favorite. I also enjoy their food options. Such as their Hot Dogs, BellyBusterTenderloins, Cheeseburgers and awesome French Fries. Greentown is BLESSED to have this in our little one stop light city!
