Burger King — Restaurant in Greenville

The counter cashier rang my order in wrong and when it was corrected, the meal price was nearly double what the menu board price said it was. I got the #13 chicken fries meal for $3.69 according to the menu board, and it wrang in for $6.00+. The cashier didn't know why it wasn't ringing in at the correct price, so she got the manager. The manager said that the board was not current and still showed the promotion price. I asked if he would honor the price on the menu board 5 feet from his head and he said again that it was an old board. I told him that wasn't my problem and asked a third time to the second person to have it for the price advertised on the board. The manager rolled his eyes and rang in different items to get me to the correct total. Very rude. I actually called the corporate customer service and left a message for the regional manager to call me. Hopefully something will come from it. In hindsight, I should have just said screw...

I ordered through the BK Mobile App via the Greenville location. Door dash left my bad wide open outside my building and ants got in my food. I was told by Door Dash to contact BK to have them refund my money. I called and staff at BK told me it was my duty to call Door Dash for my refund. I contacted Door Dash again and was told they do not have my payment details, and BK needs to call because it’s an order place via the BK mobile app. I called BK and spoke to district manager Donna/Jona I’m not sure how to pronounce her name, she said she was going to speak to some rep? She called and left a voicemail and I called back and left a voicemail, and I have not hear back from her and I have no refund on my card. I spent over $21, left with bugs in my food and no refund from this location!...

This place is absolutely one of the worst BK"S anywhere. I traveled for work my whole life when compared to others around the country this is and has always been the worst. Today (6:30 pm) once again my bill $28.36 and they gave me soda (no syrup in it) BACON king meal (NO BACON'''') 2 other value meals also messed up order onion rings for ALL the meals with sauce 1 order of onion rings NO SAUCE and 2 orders of French fries should have known better than To go to this one its ALWAYS bad experience and to top it off casher at window shorted me $1.00 had to again wait for manager to get correct change I had peaple with me or I wouldn't have stopped at this one how do they even stay open I also have a kid at FVTC she says everyone in school knows not to...
