My wife and I had the opportunity to visit Hot Tamale Heaven, recently and had the opportunity to talk with Ms Latoya about a minor issue!!! Ms Latoya, listened to our concerns and immediately made us feel like we had known her for many years! Read moreI go here often. The last time was horrible. I ordered the all the way burger with everything grill onions on the side and chipotle wings. Made it home and realized no burger on the buns. I returned to the restaurant and I let the young lady at the window know that the burger did not have meat on it. She looked at me in shocked. Then after a 10 minute wait I had to knock on the window to ask her what was going on. She stated to me she was waiting on her manager. Come to find out the manager was rolling the cameras back. Who makes someone wait 15 minutes while they check to see if meat was on the burger by watching the cameras. By then I’m frustrated I wasted so much time. As a customer I felt like they didn’t believe me. The manager finally asks do I want them to remake it….. no ma’am refund my money. They should work on their customer service...
Read moreIt took at least an hour for me to get my food and I only ordered 5 burgers. While I was waiting everyone in front of me and behind me got their food. The first time she came to my car she brought the food for the car behind me and told me they were waiting on 2 of my burger. Then when she finally came out with my order she only had 3 burgers and after asking why is it taking so long for 5 bugers her excuse was that he didn't cook the other 2 and offered me a drink for my wait which I declined. What I don't understand is how you couldn't cook 5 burgers in the time you served at least 6 other people that came after me. My fries and the chilli on my burger were undercooked also.
