Unprofessional when taking orders at the speaker booth. When you tell them the item you want, they don't give a verbal response to let you know that they heard you. You could say, I want a small fry and their response is, your total is $x.xx and they end the call immediately. I wasn't even done ordering yet. If I say I want a small fry, they should respond with something like ok, what else would you like, or is that all for you today. Please retrain them to sound more professional. Also, they take entirely too long to bring out the orders. The last time I ordered, they didn't even bring me my order, so I left. I will not be returning to this location, the workers are unprofessional and don't seem to take pride in their work. There are many Americans that are unemployed and struggling and would love to work, so to see these Sonic workers not taking their jobs seriously is sad. Please retrain these workers in...

DO NOT order a frito chilli pie from the Greenville Sonic on Reed Road. They might as well rename it just frito pie because that's pretty much all you get. There's just a very thin layer of chilli and cheese down the middle of the very top. As a result more than half the fritos you eat are dry!! And it's that way every time. Even when you ask for extra chilli and cheese you don't get enough. I've ordered the same from Cleveland Sonic and they are very generous with the chilli and cheese. It's the same with the Jr burger that has the fritos chilli and cheese on it. There were barely 5 or 6 fritos in the very middle and it was dry. We ordered food and waited an hour for it to not get made. An entire hour for three cheeseburgers and three cokes to be made. They completely ignored the three cars next to us as we all clicked the red button to ask if our food would be ready soon. We spent 30 bucks to wait an hour and never get our food brought out.
