McDonald's — Restaurant in Greenville

Last Saturday June 10th I had went through the drive thru and placed my order. When I got to the window of course they park me because they were waiting on my Mcgriddle to come up.I sat parked for 23 minutes until I finally got out of my truck and went in. Once inside they were still waiting on it. So after another 6 minutes inside I finally got it. No apology at all from anyone. So today I decided to give them another chance. I went back through drive thru and placed my order. Once I got to the window of course they are holding the famous green card ready to park me once again. I explained what I went through the last time I came here. So I was told that my order was being made now so I waited at the window. After a few more minutes a different girl came to the window without my order and asked once again if I would pull up so that they could get the cars behind me. After I count 7 cars had received there orders mine finally arrived. After I look in the bag to check the order I notice that one Big Mac is missing. So once again I get out go in and let the manager know that I was missing a sandwich. Once again no apology. She just yelled to the back I need a Big Mac not on your screen. So after another couple minutes she finally came back to the counter with my sandwich and hands me a blue card and said have a nice day. Still no apology. So I give her that blue card back and said keep this I won't be back. She then smiled and said great. Thanks for your business. So I will never give another chance to McDonald's. Ordered online, 40 nuggets and 2 large fries cause they had a deal, admittedly got there early, walk in and tell them I placed an online order and the lady gives me my cups and I go and pour our drinks, sit and wait for 15 minutes while they handle order after order after order and I try to be patient but have places to be, after them taking MULTIPLE other orders inside while I wait, at least 6-7 I'd say, I walk up and ask if she has any update on my food cause at this point I placed the order like 20-25 minutes ago, she asks what my order number was and walks in the back, my order had been done for God knows how long and was just sitting there on the counter and she giggles and is like "sorry about that" then giggles some more. I ordered two double cheeseburgers only meat and cheese, no salt or anything. I was up charged for only meat and cheese. almost double what is should be. the manager refused to change it saying that's just how they do it.

SO MCDONALDS IS SAYING THAT SPECIAL NEEDS MUST PAY MORE FOR EQUAL SERVCE.

well McDonalds Greenville north does not charge me like that. so ill go to the McDonalds that doesn't rob me. well I may not go to McDonalds again after this.
