McDonald's — Restaurant in Greenville

Experienced the worst service ever today. I attempted to order through the drive thru. I am ordering the bundle meal that now included the spicy chicken nuggets for a limited time how ever I was told they didn't come in the bundle. I proceeded to go inside to get some clarity about the sign, as I was walking in the front door so was an employee who came in from the outside and began serving and handling food and taking cash. One of the managers came she apologized and listened to my dismay, but couldn't keep my eye off the unsanitary workers they dropped a sleeve of cups and placed them for use one delivered an order to a car outside and came in and served again I feel sick thinking about the number of times I have been served in...

Terrible service at the counter on walking up. 2 cashiers both played the "long stare* game but still no greeting. Atore appeared to be overstaffed no manager directing traffic. Loud crew playing not attentive to cuatomers. A customer lady was at the front counter crew members were using profanity. The customer asked that they not use that language. A crew member yelled to other employees and said," the lady at the counter said dont use profanity in front of elderly customers!" All this happened while I was sitting in the lobby. I have stopped at the Hwy 82, Greenville, MS location several times and have yet to get my order of a Diet Coke correct. Today's flavor tasted like Dr. Pepper. If someone orders a diet anything just maybe they are diabetic and can't drink sugar drinks! Today they also decided I was not deserving of cheese on my sausage, egg AND CHEESE biscuit. This is truly getting ridiculous. If the people of Greenville would boycott these "fast food" restaurants I bet the powers that be would do something about the laziness and don't care attitudes their employees have! Needless to say today was my last trip to any McDonalds. I will make my own breakfast, at least that way I will get...
