Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Greenville

If you’re traveling and not from Greenville area, I recommend, for your safety, to just keep driving until you’re not in Mississippi anymore. We stopped here through the drive thru around 9:30pm. We got to the speaker, and the lady said she would be right with us. About 10-15 minutes later someone comes on the speaker to take our order. I was able to get one order out. I started the next order and the lady was like “whoa, hold up hold up”. Didn’t hear anything else for about another 5 minutes. Then I was able to get the order out. Lady never told me the total or said anything after I ordered the second item. I waited a couple minutes then finally just drove around. Got to the window, and the girl didn’t say one word. I handed her my card and paid. She was steady typing away on that cell phone. We’re waiting for our food, and I hear the manager say “ we already got 12 pieces of chicken on waste. I want to keep it that long. If they want it then tell them they will have to wait.” The lady in the window then just handed me a bag of food. I ordered a spicy 3 piece combo and a fried shrimp combo with cocktail sauce. I literally said cocktail sauce three times, and it still wasn’t in the bag. Then I started eating my chicken and low and behold it’s not spicy like I asked. Now for the safety part, we pulled out of the parking lot and there was a vehicle in front of us. All of a sudden we hear three gun shots come from the car. Then the car sped down the road next to the gas station. So needless to say we will never come back to this Popeyes and hopefully never to...

Omg I don't know why I keep trying with this place... no matter if you order online or at the drive thru, the wait time is horrible. I placed my order online tonight at 8:26pm. Took me about 5-6 minutes to get there..it is currently 9:03pm and im still waiting on my order. update*order just received at 9:14pm..I have ordered 2 cheese cake cups to try while sitting in the drive thru, and even that took almost 10 minutes and it's pre made. This is ridiculous. Where is management. Who is in charge of this location??? This is a hot mess. I've always had to wait 10 minutes or so for my food here but the service is getting worse with each visit. With cooks and servers just working in slow motion. Everyone in the restaurant looks young and like they rather be anywhere but there...no real professionalism. I try not to give people a hard time but my money and time is valuable and was definitely played with tonight. Just shut this place down if yall don't care enough to hire people that care and...

Yes, I live in Greenville and I just left. Popeyes spent $33 on a eight piece meal and it was absolutely terrible first they gave me some leftover chicken wings and some burn up fries and then so I asked them to change my chicken because I have the chicken didn’t have no skin on it. No, it wasn’t fried right And the wings was just dark and just terrible but everything that I bought was terrible and I had to wait 30 minutes for chicken that they supposed to be fixing right and it still was wrong. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I live in Greenville, but I would never go back to Popeyes again That chicken was absolutely horrible. I would love to have my money back because at this damn time we don’t have no money to be wasting and $33 was just it was too much and then for them not to have the chicken fixed right I was scared to eat the chicken I ended up throwing it away because it didn’t taste right#Customer Service...
