I have ordered food for takeout many times from this business. It has been ready on time occasionally. I continued to be a customer until just today. After my last visit, I arrived home and they made a mistake on my bill. I called and was told I would get a credit the next time I came. Well, today I came in and mentioned my credit and was told they have no idea what I was talking about. I explained the situation of the previous visit and was told it didn’t matter as they had no idea what I was talking about. If this is the way they treat their regular customers, enjoy their food but don’t expect any type of customer service or for them to stand behind their product or have acceptable business practices. This was my 2nd time ordering from this place. I had ordered pho with chicken and no onions along with the beef salad also without onions. When I got home with my food, both items had lots of onions in them and there was no chicken in my pho. I called them to let them know to see how they could make this right and was told they needed me to bring the food back. I told them I had a long day and wasn't able to come back again today. The guy that I talked to then asked what I wanted and I asked for a $10.00 credit(not even half of what I paid) and he said they couldn't do that. Thai Cuisine opened up recently and we decided to give it a try. The interior is plain. very plain. Basic tables, chairs, blue walls, and a menu board, on the wall. That was it. We ordered and received our meal within 25 minutes. One person ordered ahead of us and they actually waited outside in their car for a bit. We did not mind the wait as I was not looking for fast food. The food was excellent and worth the wait. I ordered a stuffed chicken wing and veggie rolls as appetizers. I did not get the chicken wing until after I received my entree. It was delicious though. Next time we will either order ahead of time for take out or take our chances eating in.
