Starbucks — Restaurant in Greenwood

This starbucks is horrible compared to the other! They are so stingy with materials! The old starbucks if you simply ask for a line up of carmel they cover the cup with carmel before putting the drink in the cup! This starbucks you can specifically ask for a super lot of carmel and they barley give you any at all!! I’ve had this issue every single time i have been here every time i go i buy 2 drinks spending 20$ and they cant even add a little bit of extra carmel heck they do t even put what the other starbucks puts in it when you dont ask for extra like i said they are EXTREMELY stingy i will not be returning until they learn how to make the drinks...

Super nice, but was a little bothered by the fact that they were gonna make me drive all the way back around the building to order a cranberry bar. I hadn’t even paid for my order yet, and my kid was bothering me for a treat so I asked if they could just throw it on real quick. I normally go to the other location and that’s never happened to me. I know it’s not the most convenient thing, but turned me off in going to a location that doesn’t give the best customer service :/ All they’ve done is turn away money....

I came in this morning for coffee and a parfait, but the parfaits were out of date. Eric stepped in and quickly offered me alternatives, and the whole crew was just super nice and friendly. I just had to send my mom to hospice, so this type of kindness actually made me cry (in the best way). You never know what someone else is going through, and this interaction made my day suck a little less, so...
