Subway — Restaurant in Greenwood

They tried to make my sandwich with stale bread it took 5 minutes for someone ask for my order the girl at the register was on speaker phone with a family member and totally ignored me repeatedly stating she didn't work Sundays. When the staff 3 of them attempted to make my sub the mayo was empty the lettuce was wilted and the vegetables looked like they were from last night. When the subway artist attempted to build the sub broke the cheese overdid the mustard put more blackoives on it and when I asked him to take some off he and the rest of the preoccupied staff became rude. At that point I told them I would just go somewhere else I wouldn't go back even if they gave me a free sub...for life! I just wanted a quick bite. New to Greenwood and I know where not to get a sub. Rude staff not to mention the cleanliness of the place. Whoever manages or owns it should be ashamed of themselves. The good news is if you want a quick hot dog go to the 7 11 on 25 and they won't ask for a tip it was good. Ask for a tip for doing your job? Let me start off by saying this isn’t the first, second or third time this has happened at this location. I keep Saying maybe it will change and get better. I placed a mobile order at 8:02PM last night, app said ready at 8:25. I pull up to the drive thru and sat there and waited and waited. After 7 minutes of just sitting there I pull Up to the window. There is maybe 3 customers in line, I get It y’all are “busy” but no one comes to the window after 6 mins so I drive away to park to go in to get my food. All the doors are LOCKED. Multiple people were trying to get in to get their online orders, but can’t. Customers are literally driving around and around the building trying to figure out what is wrong. 3 workers, 2 making subs and 1 mopping the floor. This is the last time I will Order from this location. I much rather drive out of the way to get better service. On top of that, the sub wasn’t even good. One bite and I had to throw it out. I’m the type of person to forgive and forget… but not...

First off I think there is some serious "relationship" tension between the girl in the red shirt and the muscle guy in the blue shirt. Like a things didn't work out and we still have to work together type of thing. Really awkward tension.
