Just had one of these for the first time from a stand at Ligonier Country Market! The "Triple Threat" - chocolate chip, peanut butter and brownie stuffed with a peanut butter/chocolate cream. Very good with coffee, and I liked how each one is individually wrapped. Inside Out Cookie is from Bellefonte, PA! Watch for them at your local festival or farmers market!
