Spring meats is the worst meat operation in the business. What kind of company doesn't give back Filet minion and NY strip? Recently, I had three cows butchered by them and did not receive what I ordered. Instead, they turned all of my order into ground beef. The receipt that accompanied my order was illegibly scribbled on a sheet of paper. After taking the time to raise a cow fit for butchering, I expect the best quality butchering.
