Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Grenada

The staff is annoyingly polite. Staff dress code is very unprofessional. There are employees who wear t-shirts with their shirt tail completely out well below the waist. The person in charge of the shift is wearing cloths baggy with the company collar shirt half tucked in. No professional appearance at all. The floors looked as if it was mopped with a grease soaked mop head. Cash register area was cluttered making it difficult to purchase your order. There is no professional urgency when waiting on customers. Overall the food is good and the buffet is reasonably priced. Not a lot of game in town, so we went here every now and then. Never very clean and the waitresses never seem to make it back around to refill your drinks. Tolerable, but annoying, it’s a Pizza Hut after all. Tonight was the last straw for me however. When they “don’t have enough dough” at 7:00 on a Friday night to make a 7-yr-old a pizza to honor one of their free pizza coupons that they award to children at school, I’m out. Somebody grab a dumpster this place is garbage... The pizzas were uncooked the dough was raw. Pick a piece up and all he toppings fall off... The crust was white it was so undercooked. Had those sent back and the next batch was even worse. They basically just thaw the dough out. So it's to late to call back so next day we argue up and down with these ignorant ass people and of course they can't do anything. Burned me for 35 bucks. My suggestion is go with Dominos... Better service better pizza better prices.. I will never...
