Sunflower Cafe & Grill — Restaurant in Grenada

I placed my order directly from the website 11/09 at 4:28. I was unaware the business wasn’t open at that time being I’m from out of town and only work in the area. The website still took my money and placed the order giving me no option to cancel. The next morning I called 4 times to cancel the order with no response except on my 4th time calling. After the 3rd time calling, I went to the restaurant to try and cancel but the line was wrapping around the inside of the building. On my 4th call, I spoke with someone very rude to me about cancelling my order because they’d made it at 10:20 that morning even though I called at 11:10, 10 minute after they open, as well as 3 more times to cancel my order. The employee proceeded to speak over me and not let me get a word out. I lost my cool and gathered myself before I decided to go down to the restaurant where the extremely rude manager continued to set that tray of old food before me and try to get me to take it and proceed to be just as rude as the person I spoke to on the phone. I've dined at the Sunflower twice thus far. My first dish was the Chicken and dumplings which was very well seasoned and overall a treat to eat and my second dish was the Chicken Philly. I thoroughly enjoyed the Philly, it was a hearty serving of a bunned sandwich with cheese, mushrooms, onions and the ground chicken was well seasoned. Now I have to say that at lunch time, which for me is 11:30 am to 12:30 pm, the parking lot can be a bit intimidating but don't let that deter you from stopping in. Most patrons come to get the day's special which is a quick process and before you know it, the line has disappeared and parking space as reappeared. Excellent food! Excellent People! When you mix those two together you get Sunflower Cafe. Trust me, I have had many a grilled chicken salad from here! I love them!
