Birrieria Los 7 Hermanos — Restaurant in Gresham

I’m a little torn when writing this review, on the day I went last year right before covid they were open and the food was very good. I just had hand made tortillas with cheese which was pretty good but the family raved about the Birrrria. They are dedicated to making Birria and the menu is simple. Now the issue is that they are always closed! I’ve tried to go back to surprise the family with delicious birria and they never answer the phone to place an order and once I show up and find them tucked in a corner they are closed. I’m guessing they close as soon as they run out of food and must make a small amount but come on! Don’t post a phone number and hours of you won’t follow them. I’ll try to come back one more time and hope...

I'm the fourth local guide member giving this place a bad review and I came with my friend here earlier today so my friend ordered 3 tacos and it took half an hour just to get them and plus the food wasn't warm anymore the problem with this place is the service they really take long to make food and it's hard to find a place to sit down because it's to pack with people and small place so something gonna change soon with this place I don't really like giving place bad reviews so not the best place to get a quick bite or...

Hace tres años: La mejor birria en todo Portland, mis papás son muy especiales para su comida Mexicana pero esta birria les encanta. La birria de res se les acaba más rápido que la de chivo pero las dos están deliciosas. Solo venden birria, tacos, consomé, plato de birria y quesadillas...todo de birria. Son amables, un poco callados pero amables. Les recomiendo este lugar 100%!! Pero lleguen temprano.

Actualización 7/1/22: la comida todavía está rica, pero el servicio es pésimo. Aunque venden pura birria de res & de chivo, se tardan hasta más de una hora para sacar la comida. Hoy llevé a comer a mis papás (junto con mi familia) y les falto traernos 5 tacos. Me paré a decirles amablemente y en ningún momento se disculpó el señor. Solo me pidió el recibo y se fue para atrás, saco otros cinco tacos para otra mesa sin dirigirme la palabra mientras yo estaba parada junto el mostrador. Le dije “disculpe, se van a tardar?” Y ni una palabra. Me ignoro y de ratito regreso y me dijo “quiere que le devuelva su $ o quiere los tacos?”. Obviamente quería los tacos porque eran para dos personas que todavía no comían. El punto es que, no acepto su error, en ningún momento se disculpó y no tiene modo para tratar a la clientela. El día de hoy no estaban tan ocupados como otros días. Había solo tres mezas con nosotros. Si van, no esperen ser tratados con amabilidad o respeto de parte del papa/señor. El hijo...
