I recommend this restaurant. The food is good, and the service is, too. It's a bit run down in certain areas, but overall a solid pick. I LOVE the frog theme- and it carries on into all aspects! I do wish they had a frog themed menu/dish- I think that would be really fun. I recommend the Mac n cheese bites. However, the appetizers we ordered tastes like they're just freezer food popped in the oven. However, they were still delicious so I'm not complaining. This local eatery isn’t for atmosphere, it’s about really good made-to-order food. We stopped here on our way south from Lynchburg to South Carolina and were glad we did! It’s easily accessible on Hwy. 29 business no matter which direction you’re heading. Every breakfast order the four of us placed was correct, served hot and delicious!! I had the 2 eggs, country ham, potatoes, and a scratch biscuit with sausage gravy and could hardly eat dinner later that evening. I think you should give it a try…oh yeah it’s the best value meal we had this trip and was equally as good as Market Cafe in the City...

Food was great!! Let me explain my 4 star rating, The length of time it took to get it was lengthy, service was very cold, didn't feel welcomed, she never checked back to ask if there was anything else we needed, had to ask for it, brought us the drinks, took our order, and she didn't come back to the table until the food was ready, she never once smiled, parking was a hassle as well, not looking for a 5 star restaurant, just a friendly one, customers were more friendly...
