I took my bf here for lunch. Their chips were cold from the day before and greasy on the stomach. The burrito I ordered with red sauce but came with green. I ordered jalapenos be added which they charged me $2.50 extra for but there were no jalapenos on my plate or in my burrito. I paid $15 for this burrito with steak as the meat. The steak was so salty it was unedible. Everything on my plate was unbearably salty. No one came to refill my drink or the chip basket even. When we st down the table was filthy covered in dust but they did wipe it down prior to us eating. They were out of a lot of ingredients needed for much on their menu so I couldn't order the mushroom burger that I wanted initially. I was very excited to try this place out but I am very disappointed and won't be returning. I hope they work on bettering their business before they go out of business cause this place was Terrible.
Felt like a total waste of nearly $30, don't waste your...
Read moreThe food was alright, but not the typical Mexican food you'd expect. The refried beans were bland, and the rice was a bit dry but tasted good. I mixed Pico in with my beans and it tasted much better. The cheese chili relleno was fried in an egg coating (mushy), not very hot as the cheese wasn't even melted inside and very little cheese. The tamales had a different coating not the typical corn maza it was a very very thick white coating and almost nothing inside of it. I felt like I ate nothing but the coating. The meat was just about nonexistent and inside was a little coloring looked like it was brushed on and the meat sprinkled in it. The flan was very dense and dark, not like your typical light colored and soft flan. It had a good taste but not what I'm...
Read moreWe were ready for some Mexican food after being on the road for awhile and we definitely were not disappointed!
Our server was very nice and attentive and brought our drinks right away. We each ordered a margarita and they were great, served in super cute terra cotta cups.
The chips and salsa were fresh and delicious. The chips look house made and were nice and crisp and warm. We each ordered a combination plate intending to share but we both dove right in! The food is truly authentic! Having lived in Mexico and visited most areas, the food isn't all spiced up like here in America. True Mexican food lets the flavors of the food shine, not the spices. It was all delicious and authentic and we...
