Edit: the business replied to my review. I can't figure out how to respond to the business and did some research, apparently Google does not allow back and forth conversations on a review and I can only edit my review, so I am going to attempt to reply to the business hopefully they can see my edit! To the business owner, thank you for replying to my review, and the willingness to make it right, we appreciate the gesture. WE visited Tipsy Cow in greybull a while back but opted not to write a negative review at the time, yesterday a friend and I were talking about places to go hang out when this cold is over and Tipsy Cow was mentioned and I told her what had happened when my husband and I went there, she urged me to write a review. She said their service was slow when she went there in the past but was never that slow and she didn't encounter anyone rude in the past. So that's why I wrote the review yesterday. Could it be that my husband and I just caught someone had a bad day when we went? I don't know. When my husband and I were there, Tipsy Cow was also dealing with some sort of roof leaks everywhere! There were big containers on the floor everywhere to catch the water coming from the roof. Honestly I can't remember how much we paid for the BLT , between the long wait and dealing the roof leak and slow and rude service, and the soggy BLT that day, it wasn't worth however much we paid for the meal! I hope our experience was one -off. And I sincerely hope this review helps them to improve but my husband and I will not be going back. If we lived in greybull, we maybe willing to give it another try at some point, but living in Worland which is almost 40 miles away, its just not worth the drive to give it another try. The owner's quick response was very much appreciated, however.
Original post: My husband and I decided to go celebrate our anniversary there, since this restaurant came highly recommend by our friends. Well, we had the most horrendous experience ever! We sat there for about 20 minute before someone came and took our drink order, it took another 15 minutes or so for us to get our order, and after that, we sat there for almost another 45 minutes to get our food! Our food was under cooked, my BLT came soggy and when asked the waiter why it took so long, he said oh well we are busy and understaffed 😡 we live in Worland, and it took us almost 30 minutes to get to the restaurant, with this kind of service and quality of food, not to say it's also overpriced, we will never be going there again! And won't recommend this place to anyone we know! Worst experience on our...
Read moreBought a $16.00 all Cheese with Tomatoes Pizza and the crust was almost raw all over the bottom. It didn't have one Brown mark on the bottom. Not to mention besides that the top was terrible. I had to throw the whole thing in the trash. These people have no idea what they are doing with Pizza that's for sure!! It is only a place to take kids who want to play their kid pinball games in there. To the reply from Tipsey Cow-- You did not address in your reply to my review that the Crust on my Pizza was RAW and take ownership of that fact and maybe apologize. I think that yes as you said, your Pizza is for kids. You really should try and make adults happy love your Pizza as they eat it with their children and come back again. Also none of the pictures posted represent this place at all. It's their old location! I would recommend to you as a retired private Chef that you do some research on Pizza dough and find a great recipe for dough and learn how to cook it properly till done. I would also look to find some really quality toppings and use quality Cheeses. You could have a thriving Pizza business in little town that needs a quality Pizza. You don't see Guy Fieri coming into Tipsey Cow do you? He did to your neighbor Bob's Diner who puts out quality food with delicious...
Read moreSUPER cute decor, the server was friendly. We stopped in for lunch Friday and surprisingly wasn’t busy. But man the food lacked a lot of desire! The wings were double in cost compared to the establishment next door (didn’t eat in there because people were smoking), but then they must be baked? The skin on the wings was thick and soggy, totally disgusting. I picked it all off just to be able to eat something. And $6 for a pinch of salad was crazy but the ranch tasted pretty good. The wings were the most shocking thing. They really need to be fried or air fried, no one wants soggy rubber skin wings! Also when we paid there wasn’t an option to say how much you were leaving for a tip on the card processing, so you’re forced to leave more than you probably would otherwise. Also be prepared to pay for refills, only...
