I placed an app order at 1:50 pm, a simple Macha latte and the new Sabrina Strawberry Daydream refresher and a bag of 10 chocolate munkins. Well about 10 minutes has passed and the employee asked if I was so and so. I said yes and he said there is no more strawberry and offered two options of refresher. He was out of almost everything except guava and mango. I asked before the employee made my matcha latte if all the ingredients are present. They said yes and came back 2 minutes later and tried handing me a brown matcha latter drink with floating matcha. I told them that’s not a matcha latte and they said yes it is and then proceeded to add more matcha to drink and clean up the drink that was spilled. I refused to have anything else made from this person, I worked away. Currently made a complaint on the app and will contact their manager on a non weekend. The “fresh” bagels you’re giving out in the morning at opening shouldn’t be teeth break hard. Can’t even bite a dent into this bagel it’s like a rock. You can tell how hard it is straight from touch so someone pulled it off the shelf and thought “this seems like a totally reasonable bagel to give a customer”

Seems a lot of people will complain if there's a minor inconvenience, but won't leave a positive review if they have a good experience... I stopped in shortly before 6PM to grab an quick bite to eat and a coffee for the drive home. Got the $5 two wake-up wrap and iced coffee combo. The employee greeted me when I walked in, let me know in advance they were out of some items so I wouldn't get disappointed after ordering, and prepared my order quickly and handed it over with a smile. 10/10, would...
