Buckle up everyone.

I am leaving a review of 5 stars overall because the food is great and the service is speedy with online ordering. HOWEVER, I do want to let those that may read these reviews from the restaurant know about an issue with the seafood dinners.

I present to you, my beloved readers, the Tartar Sauce Calamity.

On the website it tells you that any seafood dinner comes with fries and tartar sauce. So I went through and ordered the fish and chips dinner. Delicious! (In theory….)

An esteemed courier arrived with the order and as we rummaged through the parcel, I opened my greatly anticipated prize only to discover a revelation that would shape the very fabrics of fate itself. NO TARTAR SAUCE!!!! I did get a random extra salad I was not expecting, but alas, as I sifted through the leaves of the salad, no secret tartar sauce was to be found this evening.

I. WAS. DEVASTATED. Distraught. Rethinking my life decisions that had led up to this point. Who (that enjoys tartar sauce) would ever decline the flavor combination of a nice juicy fish, with deep fried crust, embellished with the tangy creamy sauce that is of the tartar?!? What would I use as the sweet, savory lubricant for my encrusted aquatic vessel?? I searched my fridge and the only thing potentially suitable was KETCHUP. I sat there as a single teardrop in the shape of a fish crawled slowly down my cheek, mourning the loss of the tartar sauce I thought I would have, and reminisced bittersweetly on the nostalgic memory of my 5 year old, immature self dipping Gorton’s fisherman brand fish sticks in ketchup and somehow enjoying it, all the while Gorton stared at me from the box with intensity probably thinking, “I caught all that fish so a 5 year old could dip it in KETCHUP?! MY SALTY HEART!”

I am gravely concerned not just for this establishment but for the future of our nation. My fellow Americans. There is much needed clarity involving the tartar sauce and how it is distributed alongside your seafood dinners. Us Tartar Sauce loving individuals need to know - do we buy the tartar sauce as a side to get it or does it come with the meal?! We deserve Tartar transparency!

(In all seriousness I have had this happen every time I order the fish and chips - I don’t order them often so I forget this happens every time I order. I just need it to be super clear so I can get my tartar...

Last night at 655pm I placed a simple order online. A pepperoni and cheese Stromboli mozzarella sticks and a chicken tenders dinner. I waited until 730 to go pickup. When I get there and tell them my order the two girls whispered something about my Stromboli. Then one girl asks me to have a seat it'll just be a minute. A minute. Then a few minutes later tells me there was a mix-up and it'll be a few minutes. I go wait in my car. After about ten minutes she calls me in and says I'm ready. Upon getting home I realize the chicken dinner and mozz must of been done well before they even put the Stromboli in. So my mozz were dry and not good and the chicken dinner was room temp at best with soggy fries. Best part though the Stromboli cheese wasn't even fully melted and it still tasted doughy. I would of rather waited another ten minutes for you to re cook the whole meal instead of having half'the meal taste undercooked and the other half been tasting like it was cooked some time ago. Didn't even eat much of it, feel like I wasted $33. Wish I could have a refund I won't be back I don't think so, good advice is NEVER pay online before you get your food that way if this is happening to you you can just leave if I didn't already pay I would of left but I was stuck since they had my money. Wow! I have to admit that I’m a difficult person when it comes to restaurants. Hubby stresses out when I ask to go out because I’m very hard to please and always find something wrong. This place took me by surprise. Got confused a bit when I went in. I wasn’t sure if I need to sit myself or someone will sit us, or if we ordered first, anyway they told us that we were welcome to seat wherever it was more comfortable for us, that someone will take care of us. The place was super clean and I saw someone cleaning the tables with a disposable cleaning wipe, to me that’s amazing (sorry about my OCD cleaning). At that point, I felt at home. Then we order and food came out quick. The guy who served us was super attentive, he even pull another table so we can be more comfortable as a family (that’s when my hubby said “best service I have received so far”). He gave us space to eat, food was amazing, hot and fresh. Taste was great! My husband was looking into some Greek flavor since we move here 6 months ago and we finally find it, who knew, the best Greek food around here, bar none. You can dine-in, pick up, delivery and they even cater. The menu has something for everyone, salads, wings, pies, burgers, pasta, among many other things. We will definitely be back!
