Grand Lake Nutrition — Restaurant in Grove

When I first started to come here back in May or June of 2021 I was really sick and unhealthy. I saw a new flash on Facebook one day pop up about this place. I decided to go ahead and try it out. Man was I hooked. Cathy and Ford are the best. There’s everything and anything you need for healthy nutrition. To get your body back the way it suppose to be. Best place in Grove, Ok to come to get them. Even if you have to drive an hour away it’s still the trip. Plus they have programs, and just pretty much anything so you can stay on track.
