The manger followed us out into the parking lot to yell at us for waiting on our meal, what kind of place is this?? Now I know that the Grove McDonalds is never the best I get that but it’s never been bad enough for me to feel compelled to review them until tonight as I genuinely couldn’t believe the service and the way my fiancé and I were treated by the manager working tonight was absolutely appalling. We waited over 15 minutes in the car for our app order that we normally do every few weeks and pull up, get our food then go without much issue but tonight we had waited so long that the app took our timer and order away assuming that we had already received it so we went inside to ask if our order was done. We were then told that they didn’t know they even had anyone waiting in their car outside even though I could show them my entire receipt on my phone and we even saw our exact drinks with our order number on it being placed behind the lady talking to us, she then ignored us to take a order outside and so when the next kid came up and we asked for help from him he argued with us over our order even though again, you can see our name and order number on the board as well as on my phone and on the orders being placed in the back by his fellow coworkers so our order was just sitting getting cold as we stared at it with the employee telling us we’d have to pay for another order?? We were a bit shocked but finally received our order by the manager on duty tonight who had ignored us the entire time before this but came up to say he gave us free apple pies for our wait? We didn’t need that and although it was kind we still didn’t receive our drinks from him that were sitting on the counter behind him, he claimed we didn’t have drinks until he read the order receipts taped to our bags he was giving us and finally handed us the very watered down drinks but upon leaving he had decided to follow my fiancé and me into the parking lot and yell at us? I don’t understand why this manager felt the need to call after us and cuss at us until we left, is this who McDonald’s wants managing their stores? If I was alone picking up my order without my fiancé tonight and he followed me out into the parking lot then I really would’ve felt threatened so I’m happy my fiancé was there as I have never had such a poor experience with a manager before. If he thought we had said something then we’re sorry he misheard us saying thank you or something upon leaving but this manager has no right to make us feel so uncomfortable and unwanted in this McDonald’s just for waiting on our food when we didn’t even complain about the two workers who fought with us about our order even though it was behind them but this manager felt the need to walk outside and use cuss words at us until we left? I guess he was having a bad night but this is no way to treat customers, I...
Read moreI have autism, I'm not good at saying it in words so I have fianally describe it by myself in my own words to tell this very embarrassing. So since last two weeks ago on August 16th at around more than 8:30 or 8:40ish… this young manager scolded me, and yelled at me in a very cruel way, and very terrible manner right in front of people while they were eating breakfast inside of the in public.. which is very painful.. I was about going to buy myself a large cold caramel macchiato easy ice… but she have treated me very bad, very cruel, very rude and perhaps she was being racist.. I have walked alone all this way by myself and make sure that no car hits me, or crashes me, and took care of myself very carefully with sacrifice... I still don’t have my own vehicle because I was barely saving up.. all because my ex fiancé took advantage of me, scammed me, took away from me, and stole all my savings... that is why I do not have a single dollar right now to save up to buy my own car... Doesn’t she like it when someone talks to her in that way?… scolding her, and yelling at her all at the same time right in publicly in front of people? That's very painful... and very embarrassing... It's one of the most worst things that has happened to me in my life... I was going to cry. She has no shame at all... I'm not going to wish bad things on her for what she did or anybody else at all... May God rebuke her and...
Read moreFor starters, this place charges extra for additional condiments and a cup of water, as if it's setting them short on profit, but that's not even the issue this time. I visited this location again on Sunday, June 16th. The person working the drive thru said I needed to come inside in order to use the Father's Day deal (which is a national promotion). That seems a little absurd, as we're talking about getting a free sandwich with any purchase. The young girl was taking my order when out of nowhere her supervisor came up to her, interrupted me, and began correcting the young girl for a previous mishap she apparently had. I then ordered a hashbrown and wanted a free bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. She wasn't sure how to type it on so the supervisor came back over. The supervisor said you have to order a sandwich and then you get another of the same sandwich free. I told her that was not the way it worked and she said yes it was. I pointed at the promo sign and said, "it says any purchase." She said, "well the managers must have told us wrong." This place is so unprofessional and inefficient. If they were worried about taking care of their patrons as much as they are about taking advantage of people to gain extra revenue, it might be a decent place. I'm afraid that may be too...
