Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Groveland

For the second time in less than a week, this Domino's has failed to meet their standards of quality. The first order was carry-out and when picked up had the wrong toppings. They fixed it on the spot and all was well. Then, tonight we ordered delivery only to find that the pizzas appeared to have been taken on a off-road course at 80 mph. They were mushed and folded over in their boxes. I was able to catch the delivery driver before he left and he said he would call the store. I decided to call the store as well to follow up. The girl who answered told me that new pizzas were being made to send out, but that we needed to return the messed up pizzas... No offerof discount or refund or so much as an apology for failing to do their job, AND asked for the pizzas back! Unbelievable! They are going to throw the messed up pizzas away and I would gladly have sent pictures or shown the delivery driver so he could take pictures for his manager. So nearly and hour and a half after placing the order we finally received the replacement pizzas. This Domino's really needs to get their...

I would give NOOOO stars but it won't allow me!!!! My daughter works here and on Sat she was scheduled from 9- 2. Then 4-9 . ( a split shift) when I went to pick her up and sat for 30 minutes I went inside cause she never came out and her "boss " Ashley said she won't be getting a break.. i said well did she eat?? Will she get to eat? The law states she has to get a break and as a manager she cannot make her stay , she can ask her to work extra but she has to get proper breaks. Her reply was ... well she can munch on mess up orders in between. Well she worked from 9 am to 9:30 pm no break no food . And I just wanna see how much she takes out of her hours that day so I can contact an attorney as this is very illegal!!!! Not fair that she can take her smoke breaks in between cooking peoples pizza. Just sickening. This is why the staff is a revolving door!!!! This is not the first time...

Groveland dominos. I called and ordered 3 large pizzas. 2 with pepperoni 1 cheese all with extra sauce. When we picked it up they were all dry. I called back and was nice - explaining what my concern was. The guy on the other end said he made the pizzas himself and they all have extra sauce. I asked him if he would like me to bring it back and show him. He was basically saying it took us a while to pick up so this was why. I told him that it was fine I would just never order from them again! They messed up our last order and I never called to let them know but this time I did. I really don't think that a company who calls back missed calls in obvious desperation to get business like it's their personal phone should be losing more customers. I know their advertising says they are hiring ALL positions - they need to get rid of this guy too! Awful food...
