Las Comadres is AWESOME and very much worth stopping by! If you’re near Groveland (or even Mascotte or Clermont) and you’re craving birria tacos and other Mexican street food, this is one of the best. The food comes out super fast and the lady behind the counter is extremely nice! We got some corn and flour tacos - birria, al pastor and barbacoa. Everything was excellent. The birria tacos were packed with flavor, juicy, and the consummé was excellent. One of the best consummés I have ever had! I loved that they came with radishes as well - a nice touch! The al pastor and barbacoa were incredible as well. The barbacoa was super juicy and flavorful, and the al pastor was possibly the best I’ve ever had. 10/10 food!!

The icing on the cake was when we were eating, the lady asked us if we’d like to try her homemade “Jamaica”, an iced hibiscus drink. We of course said yes and it was incredible! I have been to Las Comadres on several occasions. The food is phenomenal and I’ve nearly ordered and tried everything on the entire menu (which I plan to make my goal ! 😂). I recommend the anything & everything on the menu cause I have not been disappointed! On one of my experiences there, I got to meet the owner. She took the time to explain all the flavors and meals on the menu which intrigued me even more with trying new foods without hesitation. While waiting for one of my orders the owner gave me a complimentary Horchata to try. SUPER REFRESHING and definitely one of my new favorite drinks! The food Las Comadres serves is undeniably mouthwatering, flavorful, & authentic. They have by far exceeded my expectations with not only the food and customer service but also cleanliness. Best tacos in Groveland, Florida! 🌮🔥 I ordered 4 corn tortilla tacos and one birria taco with a side of broth—everything was incredible. The chicken taco was super tasty. The al pastor taco was a perfect 10/10. The asada taco was another 10/10, especially with the green salsa, cebolla, and cilantro. The barbacoa taco was rich and flavorful, and the birria taco with the dipping broth was outstanding.

The prices are amazing—4 corn tortilla tacos 1 Birria with a diipping broth plus a large horchata for under $20. This taco spot in Groveland, FL is only open on weekends until 10 PM, but it’s worth the visit!
