If I could give less than 1 star, I would. The owner is extremely rude. We purchased a cake and we asked that they write “Happy Birthday” on it. They wrote it, however, while doing so, dropped red icing on several places so we asked that they remove it. The owner took a dirty scissor from the pen holder and almost removed the icing with it until we quickly asked that he didn’t. He became upset and rudely asked what we wanted to remove it with. An employee quickly gave him a plastic spoon and he grabbed it and again rudely asked if we preferred the spoon or a knife. He remove it with the spoon and messed up the cake. I dont know, this is a bakery you are just going to have to come and look yourself". I drove out there anyway since I was desperate for a good concha and the first thing I see is the bread I am looking for clearly labeled.
