Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Groveland

Here we are on Valentine’s Day 02/14/25… we assumed they were super busy and the pizza would take some time to arrive… that’s okay we understand… but the Pizza never arrived. When we called to ask the status we were told it was delivered. It had not been… we have cameras and doubled checked… it never arrived. We were questioned on why we waited so long to call… oh we are sorry we are having a party and no one is watching the clock! We chose to with dine with Marcos Pizza this evening. We made a mistake in our carry-out order and didn’t realize it until we were home and opening the box. When we called the store, Chris R. went above and beyond in figuring out how we could fix our mistake. In a world where customer service is a dying industry, and especially when the customer is at fault, not the company, it is rare to find employees who prioritize their guests’ wants and needs the way Chris R. did. When I saw that Marco's was opening, I was excited for something other than Dominos and Pizza Hut in Groveland. I'm glad to say that this place has not disappointed me.

Since opening, we have ordered from here multiple times a month. It is always hot, fresh and tasty. The pizza crust is chewy and their toppings are plentiful.
